I know Gingetsu is already working on a sub, and she's gotten hikari to yami done already. I've also recently updated my pdf with some revisions and additional lines from the concert.

Yes, Gingetsu has already done it and is doing the other ones now.
But he said he would wait a while before he uploads again, since the former ones were deleted.
And he is also using Defade's and Meishu's translations.

Maybe I'll say something completely stupid but I think Kurobara is talking about making a .srt file to put it with the whole video of the DVD to have the entire live subtitled and from what I understand what Gingetsu is doing is taking every videos/songs of the live and subbing them to put them on Youtube after that... or am I wrong?

Well...I'm actually subbing the Live, but is a spanish version ^^¡ But if someone want to do it, I can give someone the .ass sub in spanish, and the only work is to put the lines in english...the timing is done...
If someone want, just tell me,I can send the archive so that person can translate it as I'm doing in spanish =D

I wanted to sub the LIVE in Spanish with the translations that I (And my dissappeared co-worker ¬¬) Lovercraft made, but I'm having problems converting the video, the format I downloaded is not compatible with any converter nor subbing program...

Johana, if you're subbing the live into spanish I totally want that when you have it done! (to make the english version, and to show the DVD to my friends!)

As I thought, it is possible to copy lines of subs from one file to another (just copy/paste) so I can start from the middle and we can have it done faster.

I can start from Garasu no Hitsugi or Sei to Shi, do the subbing in english, and then share files with each other. You'll have the timing done for the 2nd half, and I'll have the timing done for the 1st half. Deal?

But it would also be a nice thing to have it as a whole - the quality should also be better than on YT, shouldn't it?^^
